    PJ-A3000 Profile Projector

    A bench top Mitutoyo profile projector based on a vertical beam, telecentric optical system for distortion-free viewing on a 315mm diameter protractor screen. The measuring stage incorporates linear scales for fast and accurate linear measurement to 1µm/.0001”, with angle measurements on screen to a resolution of 1’/0.01° of arc. Built-in digital readout of XY position and angle (including zero-setting, ABS/INC mode measurement) is located near the projection screen to minimize eye movement.
    
    
    

    PV-5110 Profile Projector

    A floor-standing Mitutoyo profile projector based on a vertical beam, telecentric-zoom optical system for distortion-free viewing on a large 508mm screen, which is conveniently positioned so that projected images can be easily traced or compared with a template. The measuring stage incorporates linear scales for fast and accurate linear measurement to 1µm with a digital-readout protractor screen (including zero-setting, ABS/INC mode measurement) for easy and error-free angle measurement at a resolution of 2’ of arc. The optional oblique surface illumination unit (172-419) provides clear and bright images, allowing easy inspection of nonreflective workpieces such as plastic parts or printed materials.

    MF Advanced Toolmakers Measuring Microscope

    A high power, multifunctional Mitutoyo measuring microscope offering monocular or observation with a clear, non-flare image and a wide field of view. Measuring accuracy is the highest in its class. The ML series, high-NA objectives provide a long working distance and the illumination source, reflected or transmitted, is selectable between high-intensity LED or halogen, with a variable aperture diaphragm to suppress diffraction. A quick-release mechanism allows the stage to be moved around quickly and coarse/fine feed handles on both sides allow precise focus and observation regardless of handedness. The Integration of metallurgical and measurement microscope functions such as DIC and polarized light observation provides a high resolution, high-accuracy solution. Measuring accuracy is the highest in its class using our range of objectives including the M Plan APO, HR, SL, G Plan, BD Plan, BD Plan HR and BD Plan SL which all have high-NA’s and long working distances. Reflected or transmitted illumination sources are selectable between high-intensity LED or halogen and both have variable aperture diaphragms to suppress diffraction.     TM-500 Toolmakers Microscope

    A Mitutoyo toolmaker's microscope well suited for measuring linear dimensions and angles of features on small workpieces with the XY stage and rotating eyepiece scale. Micrometer heads are optional to enable a choice of digital or non-digital types to be fitted. The microscope can also be used to check the form of screw threads and gears by attaching an optional reticle from the wide range available. The compact body makes it ideal for use on shop floors with limited space for measuring instruments. Standard magnification is 30X, which can be increased up to 200X with optional objectives and eyepieces or reduced to 20X by interchanging the eyepiece.
    
    

    TM-500 Toolmakers Microscope

    A 3D hyper-accurate Mitutoyo measuring microscope offering monocular or binocular observation with a clear, non-flare image, a wide field of view and a large stage. Offers the world’s highest XY measuring accuracy (0.9+3L/1000)μm and features three-axis, joystick controlled motorized drive and auto focus as standard. The ML series, high-NA objectives provide a long working distance and the illumination source, reflected or transmitted, is halogen, with a variable aperture diaphragm to suppress diffraction. The XY stage is a massive, highly stable design created using mechanical techniques developed over Mitutoyo’s long years of experience in manufacturing precision measuring microscopes. Maximum stage loading is 30kg and a range of useful fixtures is available that includes a wafer holder and swivel-centre support. An LAF (Laser Auto Focus) function is a factory-fit option which provides high repeatability when measuring small differences in height, enabling difficult measurements with minimum fatigue.
