    A high resolution and accuracy Mitutoyo linear measuring instrument employing a unique Laser Holoscale as the length standard for excellent accuracy and repeatability. Designed for measuring high-precision parts, such as pin gauges, the extra-low measuring force also makes the Litematic suitable for measuring easily-deformed workpieces such as thin-wall bearings, plastic parts and springs. The motor-driven plunger provides shockless contact with the workpiece and smooth motion over the full stroke, while resolution is switchable for matching to the accuracy required.
